Barrett R asks: Given that the top 3 Ravens WRs haven’t been on the field much as a full unit this offseason/preseason, it’s hard to tell which player(s) are going to stand out. If you had to project the % likelihood that Beckham Jr., Flowers, and Bateman have to pace the WR room, where would you set those? Is it crazy to think that Bateman’s odds to be the WR1 are similar to those of Flowers? If so, it seems like he could be a massive value now that he seems to be an afterthought for most people.

Jeff Zrebiec: I’m not exactly sure I understand the question, but it’s nearly impossible to project, simply because of the health questions, specifically for Beckham and Bateman. If you’re asking about volume of targets, I’d give Flowers the highest percentage of leading the wide receiver room (Mark Andrews should lead the team).

The Ravens will find different ways to get the ball in Flowers' hands and that’s why I think he’ll lead the receivers in touches. Bateman is the most well-rounded receiver the Ravens have, but he’s still working his way back from a major foot injury and I think the Ravens will monitor his snaps carefully, particularly early in the season. Beckham may not get the volume of those other two, but I’d expect Lamar Jackson to look for him in the red zone and on key third downs.
