Milani Cosmetics has dragged itself into Johnny Depp’s $100 million defamation case. Amber Heard’s lawyer said that the actress used one of their concealer kits "every day" to cover bruises left by Johnny Depp, but now the drugstore cosmetics is calling them out — saying the kit didn't even exist until a year after they split.

During opening statements this week, the actress’ attorney claimed that she carried a Milani Conceal + Perfect All-in-One Correcting Kit throughout her “entire relationship with Johnny” to make sure her marks from his attacks were never visible to the public.

The Aquaman actresses’ attorney even had one on deck, pulling out the $25 concealer pallet to show the jury. Now, Milani Cosmetics is responding to their unexpected appearance at the trial.

On Thursday, the company posted a 15-second clip to their official TikTok account challenging the claims by revealing that the brand didn't release the concealer until 2017, while the alleged abuse is said to have taken place between 2013 and 2016.

“You asked us… Let the record show that our Correcting Kit launched in 2017,” the caption reads.

In the video, an employee for the makeup brand gestures to a company PowerPoint presentation revealing that the product was released in 2017 and couldn't possibly be the one used by Heard—as her lawyer claims.

“We are here to provide the facts of the case,” the brand added in the comments.

The Pirates Of The Caribbean actor is currently in the trenches of a bitter defamation trial with his ex-wife. Depp is suing heard over a 2018 Washington Post essay in which she accused the actor of domestic abuse. Depp denied her allegations against him and is seeking $50 million in damages and a punitive award of at least $350,000

Depp’s movie roles have garnered him a $150 million net worth, which he is known to spend on a lavish lifestyle. The actor purchased a $3.6 million private island in 2014, and his monthly expenses reportedly top $2 million.

Heard reportedly has an $8 million fortune of her own, thanks to her appearances in films like Aquaman and Zack Snyder's Justice League. She is countersuing Depp and seeking $100 million in damages, alleging that his legal team falsely accused her of fabricating claims against Depp.
